Los Angeles (June 29, 2026) – The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) continues to respond to a power outage in the Porter Ranch community. Approximately 2,500 customers remain without power as restoration efforts continue. Crews remain onsite and will work overnight to restore power as quickly and as safely as possible.
Repairs are complex requiring electrical workers to work in large underground vaults. The nature of work requires times to complete.
