WINTER STORM OUTAGE UPDATE FOR SUN. JAN. 6, 2008-6:30 A.M.
All Customers Restored From Earlier Storms
Los Angeles Department of Water (LADWP) crews worked tirelessly over the night to restore power to the last remaining customers who experienced power disruption from the recent storms. The crews have restored power to over 42,000 customers since the storms began. There are only a few minor individual jobs being completed, but all circuit and neighborhood outages from the first two storms have been restored.
Crews are working on one new circuit outage in the North Hollywood area that started about 4:45 a.m. impacting 1,079 customers due to downed wires.
LADWP crews will be ready to respond to any incidents that might occur today, as the third storm passes through the region.
If a customer does experience power disruption or see downed power lines, please call 1-800-DIAL-DWP for more information.
