Inyo County, CA (May 26, 2023) – Multiple areas are experiencing out-of-bank flooding including water flowing onto Owens River Road. LADWP has CLOSED sections of the Owens River Rd. between Warm Springs Rd. and Collins Rd., and between Warm Springs Rd. and Line Street due to severe road damage. Flooding is most evident near bridge crossings and north of Collins Rd. Further closures on Owens River Rd. are imminent due to the hazardous conditions.
