Power Outage Update

As of 6:00 a.m. Thursday
LOS ANGELES — The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) reports approximately 88,700 of its 1.4 million electric customers are experiencing power service interruptions as high winds continue throughout the Southland.

Approximately 83,000 of these customers are located in the Metro Area and the remaining 5,700 are in the San Fernando Valley.

The following communities are currently most impacted:
• Playa Del Rey
• Westchester
• Venice
• El Sereno
• Glassell Park
• Green Meadows
• Highland Park
• Eagle Rock
• Hollywood Hills
• Los Feliz
• Studio City
• Sherman Oaks
• Encino

LADWP crews continue working to restore power as quickly and safely as possible.
