LADWP to Host Customer Service Saturday on May 9 at Four Regional Customer Service Centers from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Special Workshop “The Drought and How Los Angeles Can Help Conserve Water” 
to be held at Crenshaw and Van Nuys Locations

Customers who attend Customer Service Saturday at any of the four locations can expect assistance from staff who are able to take payments, process service order requests, answer billing questions and resolve billing issues. There will be informational tables and displays with helpful information on LADWP programs and services available to customers, as well as sign-up materials.

As part of the May 2015 Customer Service Saturday, LADWP will host customer workshops at its Crenshaw and Van Nuys locations. The workshop, “The Drought and How Los Angeles Can Help Conserve Water,” will feature presentations by water supply and conservation experts and will be interactive, to accommodate questions from attendees. Both workshops will start at 10:00 a.m. and last approximately one hour.
