LADWP to Hold Customer Service Saturday on March 14 at Four Regional Customer Service Centers from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. |
| LOS ANGELES— The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) will hold Customer Service Saturday this month at four of its Customer Service Centers on March 14, 2015, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Event locations are the Van Nuys, Watts, West Los Angeles and Crenshaw Customer Service Centers.
As part of the March 2015 Customer Service Saturday, the Department will host two customer workshops at two of its facilities. The Crenshaw location will hold a workshop on energy efficiency programs and rebates. The Van Nuys facility will hold a workshop on LADWP’s Solar Incentive Program. These workshops will feature presentations by subject matter experts and will be interactive, to accommodate questions from attendees. Sign-up materials will also be available on-site. Both workshops will start at 10:00 a.m. and last approximately one hour. Additionally, LADWP’s West Los Angeles and Van Nuys Customer Service Centers will hold free tree giveaways by City Plants throughout the day on Saturday. Customers who attend Customer Service Saturday at any of the four locations can expect assistance from staff who are able to take payments, process service order requests, answer billing questions and resolve billing issues. There will be informational tables and displays with helpful information on LADWP programs and services available to customers, as well as sign-up materials.
