LADWP to Hold Customer Service Saturday at Four Regional Customer Service Centers on March 12, 2016 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Solar Incentive Program Workshops Scheduled for Crenshaw and Van Nuys Locations

The event locations are the Van Nuys, Watts, West Los Angeles and Crenshaw Customer Service Centers (CSC.) Locations of the CSCs are:

Customers who attend Customer Service Saturday at any of the four locations can expect assistance from staff members who are able to take payments, process service order requests, answer billing questions and resolve billing issues. There will be informational tables and displays with helpful information on LADWP programs and services available to customers, as well as sign-up materials.

Solar Incentive Program Workshops

As part of the March 2016 Customer Service Saturday, LADWP will host customer workshops at its Crenshaw and Van Nuys locations. This month’s workshop topic is the LADWP Solar Incentive Program and how generating your own renewable energy can help you save on your electric bill. Customer service representatives also will be available to answer questions on solar billing and how to read your meter for existing solar customers.
