Our Electric Trouble remains at a LEVEL 2 Response Level, meaning that customers experiencing an outage can expect that a crew will respond to their outage between 12-24 hours. This is necessary due to the high number of smaller outages and is meant to help set expectations for our customers that reflect operating conditions and response times.
LADWP reminds our customers who rely on life-saving devices powered by electricity that if you are experiencing a power outage and without backup power supply, seek immediate medical attention by calling call 9-1-1. Please make sure to call emergency services if you are in need of medical assistance.
