This Notice Inviting Bids (NIB) is for leasing land and improvements, owned by the City of Los Angeles and under the control of the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP), located at 441 North Highway 395, Olancha, Inyo County, California. The property consists of a restaurant building, two storage buildings, pump house, and well system located on approximately 1.49 acres, and designated for use as a restaurant. Furniture, fixtures, and equipment are not included, see NIB packet for details.
Notice is hereby given that, sealed bids in response to the NIB for the Olancha Restaurant Lease will be accepted until the submission deadline of 4:00 p.m. on March 31, 2021.
Bids shall be submitted in a single, sealed package plainly marked “Bid for Olancha Restaurant Lease” and must contain the required items listed in the NIB. Bids must be received by LADWP at the Bishop office of LADWP located at 300 Mandich Street, Bishop, California 93514.
LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids will not be accepted via e-mail or facsimile.
LADWP will make the property available for viewing prior to the close of bids on the following dates and times:
March 16, 2021 10:00am – 2:00pm
March 19, 2021 9:00am – 1:00pm
In order to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, viewings will be scheduled by appointment during the above time periods. Face coverings and social distancing practices will be required.
