Credit Card Payment Option Now Available at all LADWP Customer Service Centers |
LOS ANGELES —The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) has expanded its customer bill pay options by accepting credit card payments at all of its 15 Customer Service Centers (CSCs) starting today. Acceptance of Visa and MasterCard for in-person bill pay at regional CSCs is an additional convenience and another option among the many choices already available to customers. Other options include pay online at ladwp.com, pay by phone, automatic payment, pay by mail, and wire transfer, as well as other financial assistance programs.
“We are pleased to add credit cards as an accepted form of payment for customers who visit our regional bill pay centers,” said Randy Howard, Senior Assistant General Manager of the LADWP Power System. “This addition to customer payment options is part of our ongoing commitment to provide the level of service our customers expect and deserve.” LADWP offers payment options and plans for all manner of customer needs and situations.
