LOS ANGELES (June 23, 2022) – Hosted by Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI), LADWP participated in a video story series called “Dispatches from the Field,” which are stories that highlight an organization’s success story in protecting pollinators. LADWP’s video highlights the work it is doing in biodiversity, such as creating pollinator habitats at its facilities as well as along its transmission rights-of-way.
Along with other utilities across the United States, LADWP is a proud member of EPRI’s Power-in-Pollinators program. This is the largest known electric utility pollinator collaboration and they host an annual event every June called the Pollinator Power Party.
