Annual family-friendly event held at the City of Los Angeles’ only nature preserve hosted by LADWP and the Santa Susana Mountain Park Association featuring:
- Guided Nature Hikes
- Live Animal Exhibits
- A Wishtoyo/Chumash Indian Tribal Blessing
- Environmental and Community Resource Fair

Chatsworth Nature Preserve entrance at Valley Circle Boulevard (from Plummer Street), Chatsworth, CA 91311. Online map at bit.ly/2naHjvT.
VISUALS:
Community members participating in guided nature hikes and enjoying the local wildlife and 100+ year old oak trees amidst the beauty of the Chatsworth Nature Preserve and Ecology Pond. The pond is a regional draw for migratory and native bird species. There will also be a Chumash/Tataviam Indian Tribal Blessing at the event start, as well as live animal exhibits throughout the day.
